President

In 1995, after working under the direction of company founder Charles Lamont, Rob Pauls assumed the Presidency. While Mr. Lamont’s passing left Rob with both a formidable legacy and a hard act to follow, Rob welcomed the challenge and now directs the company’s strategic vision and supervises its quality control and sales. Rob’s dedication and commitment to Mr. Lamont’s vision is reflected in the continued introduction of innovative approaches to bio-growth chambers, and the company’s commitment to the highest standards of engineering leadership.

Rob's business skills also brings business skills ensure the timely delivery of your chamber to every BioChambers project. His educational background includes a Masters in Business, a degree in Geophysics, and a degree in Chemistry.

In his personal time, Rob enjoys basketball, hiking and volunteering with a local youth group.

Bruce Kettner, MSME, P.ENG
Senior Engineer

Bruce is the Senior Engineer at BioChambers, responsible for overseeing aspects of design including system controls, R&D, quality control, continuous improvement, and customer service.

Bruce is a Professional Engineer registered with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of the Province of Manitoba (APEGM).

Bruce honed his skills through several years working at Hewlett Packard. He continues to evolve in the biological sciences field by attending top research conferences such as NCR-101.

When Bruce isn’t building the next great innovation, he enjoys hiking, boating, and fishing. He is a dedicated husband and father of two children. He also volunteers in his spare time as a host to new immigrant families.

Marc Theroux, BSME
Product Designer

As the Product Designer, Marc works directly with BioChambers customers to determine their product requirements. These requirements are incorporated into chamber designs to ensure client satisfaction. The latest technologies, manufacturing processes, and costing are also key elements of the final design. In the end, Marc works with the BioChambers production team to design and deliver innovative products that make life easier for BioChambers clients.

Marc has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of the Province of Manitoba (APEGM), and the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).

Marc is a big fan of baseball, curling and skiing.
